Therapeutic Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Appointments for individual psychotherapy sessions are arranged on an individual basis and by mutual agreement. Treatment is provided in the form of psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

The therapeutic process aims to support individuals in coping with challenging life circumstances, psychological distress, and mental health symptoms, while facilitating the development of new perspectives and a deeper understanding of underlying psychological processes.

All sessions are subject to professional confidentiality.

Group Psychotherapy

Group psychoanalytic psychotherapy is based on the principle that therapeutic processes take place in, with, and through the group. A therapy group generally consists of five to eight participants who meet once a week for a 90-minute session.

Prior to admission to a therapy group, a comprehensive individual consultation is conducted to assess whether group psychotherapy is an appropriate treatment setting.

Both the therapist and all group members are bound by confidentiality. Information and personal material discussed during group sessions must not be disclosed outside the group.

Couples Therapy

Psychoanalytic couples therapy supports couples in identifying and developing a deeper understanding of unconscious conflicts, relational dynamics, and recurring patterns of interaction.

The therapeutic process aims to improve communication, facilitate insight into underlying relational processes, and promote constructive ways of addressing conflicts and psychological or interpersonal strain. The broader objective is to support the development and maintenance of a stable, emotionally meaningful, and sustainable partnership.
